Hi, i've been using a "subscription cards" from an online payment service (Spendesk) : You specify an amount and every month, the cards can be debit of that amount. It's working for a while.
But this month, the payment didn't pass. I've read something that "fakingly" updating payment method from adobe can relaunch the payment, which i did. And indeed i see from spendesk my actions, but none seems to pass correctly (the due amount isn't 1€ ofc):
- I've read this on the Spendesk Support documentation about that issue :
the transaction may have been cancelled because it was an authorization request made by the supplier from whom you purchased the product. This request is a one-off debit, made by the merchant to check the validity of your card. Once the request is cancelled, the money will be released on your account. The e-mail you received notifies you to keep you aware that the related funds are back on your account.

Can you help please?
