I signed up/into Adobe using my work email, as they had sent a license to me. However, I cannot access the license they have given me, I can only see the creative cloud free account. How do I access the license that they have provided to me. I thought about cancelling my account, but as it is with my work email I worry that I will not be able to use that email again to obtain the license.

- Do not delete your account. It takes 27 days for the process to finalise, each time you try to make a change the system will ask you if you want to retrieve your account, getting you nowhere.
- Sign in on your personal account with the company email, go to Settings> Change primary email. Enter a different email address, which will free the company email. Sign out of all Adobe interfaces. Sign in using your company email address. The system will automatically tie you to the licensed membership.
