I have an enterprise user that is unable to log into his adobe due to the fact he signed in with his personal email. Now each time he opens adobe the system is asking him to register or continue the trial. Is there a way to sign the user out and have him log in again with his Work email?
@Nathaniel29967096291l The user can launch the app, navigate to the Help menu, and sign out.
If the user has installed CCD, then the sign out option is available at the top right side and the user can sign in again with the correct profile.
Guide the user to launch the Creative Cloud desktop app, select the blue circle from the top right corner, sign out from the account, and log in again with the correct profile.

Thank you for the reply. The only issue with that is as soon as the user opens adobe, the system prompts him to buy adobe and if you select close or cancel the entire application shuts down. If you open it again the same prompt appears and does not allow you to do anything else.
