PhotoShop CC 18.1.4 is not available in Creative Cloud Packager

I need to package the Photoshop CC 18.1.4 update in Creative Cloud Packager so I can push it to the computers in response to the Adobe Photoshop CC APSB18-17 security bulletin. But I don't see it in CC Packager. Is there some other way I'm supposed to get the patch?
