Hi !

I have a bug during my Photoshop instalation.

After reseting my computer, I can't re-instal my Photoshop.

I'm supposed to have all the Creative Cloud programs on my subscription.

"There was a problem installing the Photoshop application"

"Photoshop is not yet available for your device".

Can somebody help me ? Can't find anything on the internet about this bug.

Thanks !

In most cases where folks have encounted this situation, the Admins have set a delayed app updates policy. The fastest way to get this resolved is to contact your admin/IT helpdesk and either switch off this policy or move affected users to another product profile without this policy enforced.

That said, we've apprised the product teams here at Adobe, and we're working to get this resolved in a meaningful way.
