Photoshop Option for Offline applications?

My organization works with offline servers for the Department of Defense. We are needing to add some Photoshop licenses to some new machines. What is our best option? Connecting these new machines to the internet is not something that we can do. Thanks for the support.

Are you using serial number licenses or Named licenses?

If you are using Serial number licensing then you can simply create a serial number based package and then deploy them using your internal network(Intranet).
