Guten Tag,

Hello,

Greetings from Adobe.
Below are some points I like to mention:

2. You can use SCCM or any other deployment tools you use inhouse to install the packages on the machines. In the package, you can find exe and msi files for windows and pkg files for MAC.
https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/package/help/deploying-packages-sccm.html
3. Moving to version 21 from version 20 is not considered as an update, it will be an upgrade. RUM will only look for the updates for the installed version. For upgrades or moving to a different version, you will have to create a new package.
4. For migrating user settings to a new version, you may refer to the below article.
https://helpx.adobe.com/in/photoshop/using/preset-migration.html

Hope this helps.

Thanks,
Nikhil Gupta
