Hola, alguien pudiera ayudarme por favor, hice la instalación del adobe para dos equipos en diferentes fechas en un lapso de un mes, se me hizo el cobro por cada una, ¿cómo puedo unificarlo? y sobre todo que pudiera cancelar un plan y pudiera recuperar mi pago. ¡Gracias!

If you have an individual plan, you will have needed to create 2 different Adobe IDs, as you can't take the same plan twice on one account. If you are still in the 14-day range, you should cancel the newest plan. (https://account.adobe.com/plans) If you are past that 14 days, you should contact Adobe customer service. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
