Our team with (5) users, using Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects what plan would be advisable to purchase? Is there an all-app plan where I purchase all the apps and 5 of the designers can access them on their different PCs, or do I have to buy them individually?

Also if I do purchase an all-apps plan, do I need more than one license for the 5 users?

Hi @josh7878 ,

Thank you for reaching out with your question about Adobe Creative Cloud plans. Based on your team's needs for Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects, let's explore your options:

Individual Plan (Creative Cloud All-Apps) vs. Creative Cloud for Teams Plan:

  • With the Individual plan, also known as the All-Apps plan, each user would have their subscription granting access to the entire suite of Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and more.
  • Alternatively, you could consider the Teams plan for your team of five users. With this plan, you would need five licenses, one for each user. While this may seem like a more significant investment upfront, it provides several benefits for team collaboration and administration.

Benefits of the Teams Plan:

  • With the Teams plan, you'll have centralized administration through the Admin Console, allowing you to easily manage users, licenses, and deployments.
  • The Teams plan also offers enhanced collaboration features, such as shared storage and collaboration tools, which can improve your team's workflow efficiency.
  • Additionally, you'll receive business-level support, ensuring that any issues or questions are promptly addressed.

illustrator, after effects and photography (photoshop and lightroom) plans would be the least expensive.  but you don't save much over getting the all apps plan which includes much more.  so evaluate those two.

Okay, so what are you suggesting I go for now? All apps plan for team, or individual purchases for the 5 users?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
