Comment faut il faire pour avoir un interlocuteur ??? Nous avons des montants prélevés et aucune facture dans notre espace client ?!
To manage your invoices for your Teams plan, you need to be the Contract Owner and you must have purchased your plan from Adobe. See https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/manage-invoices.html.
If you're an Admin for a Teams plan, you can go to Admin Console > Support and open a Support case. Or Chat with an agent.
