Prevent Adobe Acrobat DC from displaying pop up sign in window?

Hello,

I have been beating my head against a wall for the past few days trying to resolve this issue. We have Adobe Acrobat DC classic and a volume license key. I used the customization tool to create a transformation and put in the serial number and clicked grant offline exception. I also suppressed the  EULA. I installed acrobat using the setup file (which is pointed at the transformation, I confirmed by looking at the .ini file), but several seconds after opening the app, the sign appears. I then edited the transformation to disable all services and reinstalled. The sign in button doesn't appear in the upper right anymore, but the sign in popup still appears. Is there something I'm missing? Is there a HKLM reg key that can block it?

Hello,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Are you still experiencing this issue? If yes you may APTEE Common Deployment Options and Methods — Enterprise Administration Guide  for offline exception. And using Customization wizard you may disable online services.
