After experimenting with the 50 licenses granted to test Adobe Sign Enterprise with the Biopharma settings, I haven’t figured out how to prevent the use of the e-sig feature of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC from consuming the transactions from Enterprise. We have many people here at Puma that only need the Pro DC version since they don’t have 21 CFR Part 11 concerns and don’t need the Bio-pharma settings. This means that instead of getting the free e-sig with Pro DC we would be paying with the limited Enterprise transactions.
Is it possible to prevent Pro DC from taking transactions away from Enterprise, or is it simply technically impossible to separate the two if a user has both a Pro DC and an Enterprise account?
