Privacy Settings Issue

Hi there!  The majority of my team gets this when they go to Data and Privacy Settings

But this is what they're supposed to see

 Is there a way my team can access the correct data and privacy settings?  If I can contact Adobe's personal IT site professionals I would like to.  My guess is it's an issue with the site itself.

Thanks for contacting us, can you please confirm if the users are logging in with their Adobe ID or with their Enterprise IDs ?
