Problème de renouvellement de licences

Bonjour,

 

J'ai commandé à un revendeur agréé, un renouvellement d'une trentaine de licences Adobe utilisés par mes équipes graphistes.
J'ai reçu le mail d'indiquant que le renouvellement a été effectué avec tous les données correctes.
Le mail indique bien une nouvelle date anniversaire. Mais sur le portail c'est toujours la date actuelle qui est arrive à échéance dans 1 jour.
Le revendeur passe par un grossiste est n'a pas la main directe sur notre compte et les services Adobe voient la commande mais pas le détail.
Le programme VIP annonce:
Fludité de déploiement (Smooth deploymnt)
Facilité de gestion (Simple management)
Souplesse sans précédent (Complete flexibility)
Malheureusement, la réalité est loin de cela.
Y-a-t-il un service chez Adobe France que je peux aller qui peut débloquer la situation?
(pour l'instant le revendeur n'y parvient pas)

I ordered a renewal of around thirty Adobe licenses used by my graphic design teams from an authorized reseller.

I received the email indicating that the renewal was carried out with all the correct data.
The email clearly indicates a new anniversary date. But on the portal it is always the current date which expires in 1 day.
The reseller goes through a wholesaler and does not have direct control over our account and Adobe services see the order but not the details.
The VIP program announces:
Smooth deployment
Ease of management (Simple management)
Unprecedented flexibility (Complete flexibility)
Unfortunately, the reality is far from this.
Is there a service at Adobe France that I can go to that can unblock the situation?
(for the moment the reseller cannot do this)

Bonjour,

Le problème a été réglé, j'ai la bonne date anniversaire maintenant.
Il semblerait qu'il y ait une date de carence, pendant un mois les licences ne sont pas désallouées.
Merci pour vos réponses à mes questions.

The problem has been resolved, I have the correct anniversary date now.
