Problème licende d'équipe Adobe stock

Bonjour,

je possède une licence d'équipe Adobe Stock. Dans mon administration Adobe, j'ai paramétré 6 équipiers. Impossible de leur attribuer cette licence, car on me demande une licence par utilisateur, alors que c'est une licence d'équipe.

Pire, quand je me connecte sur Adobe Stock avec le compte qui a acheté cette licence, je ne peux pas charger d'images, on me dit pas de licence.

Je m'arrache les cheveux sur ce problème depuis un bon moment. Quant à avoir un rendez-vous avec un technicien, on me propose un rdv à minuit.

La question est simple : comment attribuer cette licence d'équipe à l'ensemble de mon équipe, dont moi-même.

But it doesn't work. It's not possible to add users to this team licence. The button is inactived.

This is most likely due to the type of contract you have and the Identity type you currently use for your end users.

Can you please DM me your Organization details along with the ID that you are trying to add/
