Problem in apple's computer menu bar

I have a creative cloud subscription, but I ran the antivirus on the mac and it uninstalled some documents needed to run some applications. Now I can not access the icon, it loads and shows nothing. I work with this and I have college subjects to deliver. Can you make a remote access to arrange this? I tried to uninstall everything and install it so that it does not open anything in the menu bar
