Hello,
One of my users had constant problems with Adobe Acrobat (It was freezing) and i had to uninstall-install it to make
it work properly. (From the CS6 installer we use)
I could not install it with the licence he is currently using, so i had to install it as a trial to unblock him.
Is there a way I can activate it from the suite ? How can i manage to get it activated ?
Thanks in advamce,
Cheers,
Sebastian

Hi sebastianhdpwll,
Installed for standalone Acrobat is different from Creative Suite version & will not accept the same licence key.
You need to install it from the CS6 installing disk & then try to activate the entire CS6 package after deactivating it (Learn to activate or deactivate Adobe apps.).

Hi back Aadesh,
The licence problem is now resolved, but now Acrobat goes back to the "not responding" when the user opens a PDF. But the problem is not
occuring everytime.
Thanks for you help.
