Problem with AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat (again)

Hello,

I have a problem with Creative Cloud App on Mac. Again I can see the aplications tab but I don't have a permission to update anything.

1. I tried re-open and re-install CC App.

2. I know this solution https://community.adobe.com/t5/Get-Started/adobe-application-manager-fails-to-update/td-p/4390559 but this time it doesn't working for me. I removed AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat

3. I also tried to remove all Adobe apps.

4. I also tried to copy AAMUpdaterInventory and AAMUpdater folder from my another Mac.
Anyone from Adobe can help me? It's killing...Zrzut ekranu 2019-09-16 23.07.37.png
