Problem with buying a new license

Hi,

I was trying to manage my team members and buy new license for Photoshop, but on both pages there were error message: "We have detected an issue with your team XXX. Please refresh the page or try again later. If this continues to fail, please contact customer support to resolve this issue."

Could anyone help with that or suggest how to contact support?
