Problem with docent account with university hardware

I work with a notebook from university. I have my own Creative Cloud subscription.

If I want to use Photoshop etc. following error message is shown: " Your account is not valid at this device. Try with an ID für educational use again.

Hello,

If the apps are installed by your University then you have to contact your internal IT team as they have set some restrictions where only org users can access the applications. You cannot use your personal account to use those apps.
