Problem with Google Federation user authentication for Adobe Creative Cloud

Hello everyone,

I'm a teacher from an italian high school and I'm in trouble setting up the Google Federation user authentication for Abode Creative Cloud.

I've followed all the step in the guide provided by Adobe : I've created the directory, created the SAML app in the Google Admin Console, now I have to add the domain to the directory but when it's time to select the domain to add I can't select it and there's an error message saying "Property of another organization" (original error message in the image attached) and I can't really figure out the meaning of this error message, can anyone please help me?

This error generally comes when the domain is added/claimed in a different contract/console. It seems you have added the domain successfully in your admin console and assuming your issue is now resolved.

You're right, the issue is solved, there was an old Adobe account (which I wasn't aware of) that already claimed the domain, I've deleted the domain from the old account and successfully added it in the new account.

Thanks everyone for the help!

Is the domain under your admin control in Google?
