Problem with serial key when printing to PDF

New Here ,
Oct 14, 2013 Oct 14, 2013

I got the problem described in http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/11001-update-printing-issue.html..  The workaround described in the article does not work, end users still being prompted for a serial key..

We are running:

Windows 7 64bit danish language

Office 2010 32 bit  danish

Adobe acrobat 11.0.0 English

can someone help me?

Thanks in advance..

Thank you Hawz...

now i just got another problem.. 🙂  when trying to update the MSI file "msiexec /a acrostan.msi /p xxxxxxxx.msp"

i can only update to version 11.0.1..  when i try to apply update AcrobatSecUpd11002.msp i came with an error "error 1334. the file 'zul.ilex' cannot be installed because it cannot be found in the cabinet file [filename]. This error may be caused by a missing or damaged"

However it works fine if i installed i manually...   are there any "correct" way to update my MSI file?

As the updates tend to be cummulative, you may as well go to current patch level through 11.0.04 quarterly  and 11.0.05 out of cycle.

Recommendations for AIP workflows are documented here: http://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/AdminGuide/aip.html
