Hello
In our organization, we bought Adobe Acrobat Standard 2020 with the purchase of our Dell-laptops. We install Adobe Acrobat on the profile of our collegues when they receive a new laptop. Now a few colleagues have left the organization, so their profile has been deleted. If possible, the new laptop goes to a new colleague. But when we want to install Adobe Acrobat, we get the message that the prodcut code is already used for another Adobe-id. How can we re-use the product code?
Thanks in advance

If you assigned those licenses to the individuals, you'll have to get them to fill out transfer paperwork to move the license. Those licenses are theirs until they expire, and if your company is providing payment you'll be on the hook to pay when the subscription rolls over.
For a company where you can expect to be adding and removing licenses, your best bet is to get either a Teams or Enterprise license so that they aren't tied to individual Adobe IDs.
Talk to Adobe customer service. They should be able to convert you to a corporate plan.

i assume you have a teams or enterprise license. if that's the case, open your administrator console and reassign the licenses.
if that's not the case, you either own the individual license or you do not and you should explain.
in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
