Profile Picker not appearing

Hi - yet another issue with profiles in Adobe! I've got some Adobe Express projects on both of my Personal profile and my Business profile. I'm trying to merge them all to my Business profile, or ideally just trying to access the projects but when I sign out of Adobe Express, everytime I log in it only shows my Personal profile. 

 

I have turned the profile picker 'on' in my account settings, cleared cookies/cache, changed my password, a different browser and still it won't let me access my Business profile! Any ideas? Thank you!
