Le fenêtre Programme d'installation (rectangle vertical) pour Photoshop et Lignroom, (une fois le mot de passe du compte validé),  est vierge, vide, blanche.....

If i understand correctly you are trying to install Photoshop and LIghtroom through the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app, however the Desktop app is "Blank and White" is that correct?

If yes, then kindly follow the steps shared in the following help document and see if that helps: Blank white screen at sign-in | Adobe Creative Cloud Packager.

Bonjour,

Passez vous par le creative cloud desktop pour télécharger et installer ces applications ?

Est ce que vous etes sur mac (si oui quelle version).

Pensez à vérifier si vous passer ou non par un proxy, si tel est le cas il faudra regarder si il autorise les connections vers les serveurs d'adobe.
