Programs Crashing

Hello! I have been having an issue for a while. I open my adobe app, whether it be acrobat, or after-effects or photoshop, etc, and all of them crash before even opening. no matter what I do I can not get them to open. Does anybody know what might be the cause of this?

Adobe product and version number
Operating system and version number
The full text of any error message (s)
What you were doing when the problem occurred
Screenshots of the problem and/or error messages
Computer hardware, such as CPU; GPU; the amount of RAM; etc

There was no error message. All the happened was I would open any Adobe app, and it would crash the moment it opened. Before I could even start a project.
