Purchased a 12-month student license, account says license has expired

Hello,

I purchased a 12-month Adobe CC subscription through CollegeBuys.org on may 18th. Please see below image of receipt:

I then received the below email saying everything was groovy:

I was able to use all the apps perfectly fine up until about a 2 weeks ago.

On my profile, under My Plans, I still see the plan is there:

I tried reaching out to Adobe Support, but I am greeted with the below prompt:

So I did just that. After 2 weeks, but IT administrator from campus reached out and told me to reach out to Adobe Support, as they "don't have control over manually purchased licenses."

Thus leading me into a dead end.

Hoping someone here is able to assist, as I am signing up for classes in the Fall that require these apps.

Thank you,

Chris

Hello Christopher,

If you already have installed the creative cloud desktop app on your machine so kindly sign out and log in again selecting the "Personal Account" option. You might have received an email to verify the account and create a password. So, kindly complete the process and sign in to the application. You can also click the "Get Started" option which you are getting in the confirmation email to complete the process.
