Maybe I'm not using the recommended method to deploy Acrobat in my company. I use Adobe Teams, I add my users, and I assign them a license. I do not like that they get an email to set up credentials; this is unnecessary and puts too much control in the end user's hands and takes control away from the administrator. I'd rather download a file I can put on my file server and install from there. Also, how do I make sure they only install Adobe Acrobat and not Creative Cloud? This is unneeded in our environment, and is just unnecessary bloat.
So in summary, what is the "right" way to purchase for a company such that end users don't get invited to set up credentials and such that the Acrobat installation only installs Acrobat and not unwanted bloatware?
Hi rothf14790735,
Thank you for posting your query in Adobe Support Community.
I would like to inform you that once you assign your Team licenses from the Adminconsole, the users receives the "Welcome Email" from Adobe and since the license is registered to the end user's email address, the end user needs to Click on the "Get Started" link on the Welcome email and complete their Adobe profile.

If you do not want the users to download the Creative Cloud App in their computers, in that case please ask the end users to Download Acrobat Pro DC and Acrobat Standard DC from the following Direct download link. https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html
That way the users will not be prompted to install the Creative Cloud App.
I hope that helps.
Thank you.
