Question About Student account for highschooler

I made a account with my high school email and Purchase the account with all apps while I start it up it start start free trial but only last 7 day but right next to it in gray with text of Contact your administrator. Does that mean I didn't buy the plan and while I checked my account payment plans it does not say anything. Even when I try to look at my administration account it will  not allow me also does this mean I got to contact my school administrator
