Récupérer documents se trouvant sur un compte étudiant

Bonjour, je souhaitai savoir s'il y avait un moyen de récupérer les documents cloud qui se trouvaient sur un compte étudiant qui vient d'être désactivé. Est-ce que ce qui se trouve sur le compte étudiant appartient uniquement à l'établissement ?
