We have had Adobe Case ADB-32189357-C3K1 open for several weeks without resolution. What can be done for us to access the Admin Portal so we can assign the licenses we have purchased? My customers are not happy and have been waiting for weeks to get a license. As reference, we can order and apply Bluebeam licenses without issue which is the next step directing our costomers to one of your competitors.
