Re: Hanging at "signing in" with Adobe Enterprise ID

When I try to sign into my school's enterprise account on my iPad, I have to sign into two different sections, then the app says "signing in," but never does. I am a teacher, not the IT Admin.  The Adobe apps work on my computer but not on my school iPad.  Our IT team said the Adobe apps should work on my school iPad with our enterprise account and told me to contact Adobe to resolve the issue because they are busy rolling out our online distance learning program.  I like working on the Ipad better than the desktop because of the apple pen, can someone help?
