Re: How do I re-register a product to another user?

What if, the person that the product was registered to is no longer with our company and I am the new user to be registered?  The product (CS5) was left with the parent organization and assigned to a different user within the organization.  We do not know who it is even currently registered to.

If that is an individual license, Can Creative Cloud members pass on or sell old versions of CS?

If that is a volume license, Adobe Licensing Website | Serial numbers, orders, and accounts

But... my understanding is that a volume license is for the organization, not the individual in an organization, so I don't know how you DE-activate on computer A to then activate on computer B
