thanks for swift reply kglad.
Yes I have an admin of adobe CC4T in an organisation.

I've had similar conversation with adobe support already:

This security bulletin subscription feature is isolated from having adobe ID's etc - you simply visit that site and register for the product notifications you want to the email address you specify. It doesn't prompt you to sign into a valid ID etc.

Cheers,

open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.

Thanks - sadly expert sessions are only availble in the middle of the night if I select morning or afternoon it doesn't make a difference.
The adobe support crew I logged this with is virtual chat so feel that option available whilst signed in is identical to what I have done regarding the virtual chat option - once you get to a human agent they can transfer the request to whatever support team they deem has to deal with the request.
They are failing to find the right internal area to deal with the request, but have viewed the website and unsubscribe link themselves to experience the problem - I've had a few phone calls as well before they advised me to post here and link them to it once I had.
Can I ask how an expert session is going to provide any additional capability than what I've mentioned the teams above have? are they not considered experts/have access to escalate to expert for assistance?
