Why do I have 3 'Creative Cloud Files' folders?

I'm reading this trail and seeing that 5 years after this report was posted, this is still happening. I have 6 archive folders on my Mac. How is this still a problem after so long?!

Thanks for sharing the folders. Now, what is the location? In other words, what have you chosen in Finder which leads to seeing this list?

This is at the root under the user (me), in the Users folder. It actually happened again today. I received this error message. I didn't do anything with the folder, it renamed itself!
