Reading a Previously Packaged Custom Package

I ahve steped into a new role and am updating our Adobe Acrobat Pro v19 and want to review any previous custom settings prior to creating a new one using the Wizard. What is the best way to accomplish this? I have included a snapshot of the current versions folder structure as a reference..
