what you should do isn't clear because it's not clear what issue you have. eg, i infer
1. you purchased a plan months ago.
2. something is not working
but it's not clear what is not working and it's not clear what has been done to fix whatever is not working.
so, if you can add some detail that would help us give you advice.
also, do you really have a subscription managed by a team or enterprise?

I am having trouble with exporting a video i created in premiere rush. Whenever I want to 'share' the video, it keeps freezing and the issue is 'not responding'. I have tried multiple ways to prevent this, but the result is always the same.
When I started with the video, I could save it. But now when it is finished I cannot.
Does anyone has a solution to this problem? Please let me know!
here is my problem till now, so i decided now. that i want to cancel my plan and i'm asking if he refund the charges it says when i cancelled it there is charges $119.97 can i get it back or not?

you already canceled and paid the cancellation fee?
and now you want to know if that fee will be refunded?
if yes and yes, why would the fee be refunded?
and how can you be using premiere rush if you cancelled?

it depends. if you have a sympathic case/reason you failed to cancel during your trial.
you need not make your case here. you need to make it with adobe support. there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

Hi @Richard257198485k9y I've requested your post be moved to the Premiere Rush forum so experts there can help address your specific issue.
As for any refunds, you will need to contact Adobe Customer care if you wish to continue with cancelling and discuss with them. This is a user-to-user community forum and we can't help with that.
