RemoteUpdateManager and OS X El Capitan

In preparing for the release of OS X El Capitan at the end of the month, I've been contemplating the implications of the new System Integrity Protection on our packages created by Creative Cloud Packager. In particular, RemoteUpdateManager will not be installed from any CCP-created packages set to include it, since the CCP installation packages install RUM in a protected location, /usr/sbin. (In fact, a CCP-created package doesn't even issue an error message when it fails to install RUM.) From what I understand, when a system is upgraded to El Capitan, any third-party binaries found in a protected location will be moved out of those protected locations, as well.

Will there be updates to CCPackager that installs RUM in a more appropriate location (/usr/local/bin, for instance)?

It is easy enough to repackage/move RUM on my own, but it's just one more thing to forget when deploying. In addition, RUM's installation location makes me wonder what else is being installed in a protected location.

Thanks in advance.
