Hi all,
Recently we have installed the AUSST and now the clients can be upgraded to the latest CC applications. Everything works fine so far, but I have two questions regarding the usage of the RemoteUpdateManager tool:
Thanks for help and best regards,
Matthias

I'm seeing the same issue. Also the information in Adobe's own help documents Use Adobe Remote Update Manager is very much wrong when it comes to current 10.11 Macs. The tool is at /usr/sbin/RemoteUpdateManager and not at /usr/local/bin.
You might find log files in ~/Library/Logs. This appears to be the case when you are logged in and use sudo to invoke the command. (Note the ~ indicating your own home directory.) If you run the command remotely from ARD or another tool you might find the log in /private/var/root/Library/Logs.
The best thing for Adobe to do is put these log files in the standard place every other Mac app does which would be an Adobe directory in /var/log.
