Remove a Product

Hi in the help says go to Account and Products, and appear 3 dots, so you could change the quantity of licenses but in my Admin Consolo these points don't appear. Anybody could help me.

The license's details can be viewed by the contract owner. Please contact your contract owner to change the license count.
