Remove Unassigned Licenses

I need to remove the two "Premiere Pro CC" and one "Photoshop CC" licenses that are currently unassigned on our account. Have tried calling support and spent forever on hold and no one picked up. I now have a chat window open and have been waiting for nearly an hour for someone to answer.

Anyone have any advice? Trying out this staff member who I've seen on the forums: dhananjays36801738

Contact customer services: Contact Customer Care . Those agents can reduce the number of specific licenses.

They're the absolute worst. How convenient they make it virtually impossible to manage your account.

PS. Pro tip, cancel your credit card, let them call you when the payment fails. I now have a credit card now dedicated to Adobe because they're impossible to connect with. Whenever I want to to remove, I just cancel my card and wait 🙂
