Renewing Subscription

How do I contact my 'Account Manager' if ive never been told who it is?  I recieved an email saying my reseller had changed to Adobe Systems CVG but havent been told who the account manager is.  Our subscription is now past due and still no contact from anyone about renewal. Ive tried contacting a generic admin address for adobe CVG but no response.

We have the same problem. I have tno been able to contact our account manager and cannot renew our subscrtiption.
