Retrieving licensing account from departed manager

New Here ,
May 11, 2015 May 11, 2015

We recently had an IT manager leave our organization and the documentation of software licenses we own is shoddy to say the least. Is there anyway to retrieve our Adobe licensing info? We have a mix of Creative Suite versions, some of which are full copies, some of which are upgrades from older versions. I've tried getting assistance through chat, and I wasn't able to get anything. I understand that Adobe has to keep out people trying to steal accounts with fraudulent information, but I have a hard time believing that they have no record of transactions we've had with them. I have a list of emails that were used by prior IT managers, I can provide a company name and potentially any other information they could match to us. I also have some paper files with invoices. Do we have any options here?

Hi Matt,

In order to grant you access to Adobe licensing account, we would require an approval from any existing contact person added to same account. You may contact Adobe customer support. for more assistance.

Thanks,
Ashish
