School pays for my account but I cannot download the apps

Basically the title,

My school pays for all photography students to be able to use Lightroom Classic and Photoshop.

We had to move to online so we had to download the apps on our computers instead of the ones provided at our school.

everyone else was able to download theirs, but on mine there it says that it has not been paid for and I cannot use any of the apps.

I contacted my instructer and the school's IT department; everyone had a look and messed around with my device and they all say this is an Adobe issue.

The school really need to be the ones fixing it, as they can talk to Adobe and you can't.

However, here's one thing to check. Has worked for some people.

Sign out.

Start to sign in. 

Type your Adobe ID.

Stop and look at the password screen. SOME people see a choice of "personal" or "enterprise". To use your school account you must choose "enterprise".
