Hello,

I am reaching out to seek guidance regarding the best licensing option for a unique requirement we have. Our organization needs Adobe Photoshop access for 30 computers, but only for a short duration of 4 weeks.

Here are the specifics of our requirement:

  • Number of Licenses: 30
  • Usage Duration: 4 weeks
  • Purpose: for summer camps
  • Central Management: Preferably, we would like to manage these licenses under one administrator account for ease of distribution and management.

Given these criteria, we are looking for the most cost-effective and efficient way to procure these licenses.

We are considering options like the Adobe Value Incentive Plan (VIP) or the Transactional Licensing Program (TLP), but we are open to suggestions.

Our primary concerns are:

  1. Flexibility to subscribe for only a month without incurring additional costs post the 4-week period.
  2. Ease of managing multiple licenses centrally.

Could you please provide insights or suggestions on the best course of action for our situation? Any tips on managing bulk licenses for a short term would also be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your assistance and looking forward to your valuable advice.

Best regards

typically per computer licenses are annual only.  if you actually mean 30 users, you should probably purchase 30 individual subscriptions.

but either way, you should contact adobe support and be very careful to be aware of what you are getting.
