Serial issue after deploying OSX image with CS6 suite

New Here ,

Good morning,

I'm currently having an issue with an application manager packaged version of Enterprise CS6 suite. This installation package works without issue when installed on a machine, however when we image (clone) that machine out to a whole room the licence seems to disappear.

This is a nightmare when imaging a room of 30+ macs at once as I have to log into each mac, sign in and then re authenticate the serial.

Is there a way to stop this strange licence disappearance or better yet, is there a method of extracting the licence file from a working mac so I can simply copy over the file?

Thanks,

Al

Hi PMPosse,

If you have created Package using AAMEE 3.1 then you should not face this issue at all but if you continue to, then use the Adobe Provisioning Toolkit to Serialize the Products of create a Serialization file using AAMEE 3.1 and then execute it. It should fix the issue with Licensing.

For more details please refer to this Link and view the Adobe Application Manager, Enterprise Edition 3.1 (Mac) guide.

Hope it helps
