Hi, I can't activate my Acrobat pro product since the serial number I was given by Adobe was actually already issued and activated 10 months before !? A priori Adobe doesn't want to issue a new serial number before they have sorted out their internal problem first, no matter how long it may take. Anybody got this problem already? Is it correct that issuing serial numbers is Adobe's sole and full responsability? Thanks for any hint.
You might get a serial number from Adobe, or frome someone authorized by Adobe, or a faker. Did you definitely buy it direct from Adobe, and do you have a receipt thay you can use to prove it?
(There are lots of fakers out there).
Thanks for the reply. Payment was OK , it was an administrative order placed, acknowledged by Adobe. The weird thing is that it is the Adobe support who made my serial number "appear" on the Adobe LWS page this afternoon!
if this is an enterprise/team order, your administrator should be contacting support via their admin console/support tab.
This is something that only Adobe customer care can sort out. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.

Hi, thank you all for your help. I got it sorted out finally. Procedures and help are not clearly defined and separated for the installation types. Most of all, the page on which your licence serial number is requested should always appear before the setup /installation (together with a button ignore for now).
