So my problem is my executable does nothing to my trial version of Premier pro it still says i have X amount of days left before my trial expires I would like to know what I can do to fix this problem. Thanks

Did you buy the CS6 serial number version, or a Cloud subscription?
Some general information for a Cloud subscription
Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?

If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

Log out of your Cloud account... Restart your computer... Log in to your paid Cloud account

Hi John I do not have a cloud subscription I have a serialization license executable from my administrator

I have only ever entered a serial number during an initial install, but I **think** there is an option in help to register and enter your serial number

Hi Christian,
Can you confirm that you received 3-4 files from your administrator - not just the Adobeserialization file? You should have files called AdobeSerialization, helper.bin and
prov.xml in the same folder.
If you have these and the licence still isn’t being updated, see if the log file gives any clues as to problem (details towards the bottom of https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/packager/create-license-file.html). If you’re not sure, feel free to share the file and I’ll take a look to see if it gives me any clues.

Hi I do have all 4 files from my administrator and it still does not work when I click on the serialization executable
