Hello SLN_3D,
Please Close all the Adobe applications and Sign out from Creative Cloud, Then Open Credential Manager.
How to open Press Win + R to launch the Run command box. Type control /name Microsoft. or you can simply type credential manager in the search box. Look for the Adobe Certificate and then delete it.
Please go through the below article, I have highlighted the Section, How to delete the certificate.

After Deleting the Cert. Please login back to the CCDA and launch the application.
