I am having problems signing in to adobe on my computer, last year I took a course in technology and they gave us an adobe login and all the apps. I already had a personal account with all of the photography apps but I used the account they gave me since it had all the apps. After the course was done I continued to use their account until they terminated it. Now when I try to sign in to my personal account it says I cannot because it Is a shared device. I have reinstalled the software and that works but as soon as i try to open one of the apps it prompts me with the same thing.
Do you have access to another computer? You can log-in with your paid personal account to download & install CC Desktop App, followed by your other apps.

Ideally, you should have had your school's IT dept assist you with removing the school's apps & services from your computer. Are you able to contact them?

I would have to see if I can, my account has been deleted and removed with them since I have completed the course.
